Once you make a reservation online, you’ll receive an email confirmation with:

  • The full address of the parking facility
  • Driving directions
  • Contact number for the location

When you arrive, simply present your confirmation (printed or digital) to the parking attendant or front desk. You’ll then board the complimentary shuttle to your airport or seaport terminal.

When you return from your trip, call the facility using the phone number provided in your confirmation email. A shuttle will pick you up at your terminal and bring you back to your vehicle. From there, you can head straight home — no extra steps required.

Yes. Your safety and privacy are very important to us.

  • Our website uses advanced SSL encryption to protect your data.
  • We do not store your credit card details in our systems.
  • All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers like Stripe, a leader in online payment security.

You can book with confidence knowing your information is fully protected.

No. No room reservation is required.
You simply park at the partnered hotel, show your emailed parking confirmation to the attendant, and board the complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

Yes. All of our facilities require prepaid reservations made through our website. This ensures:

  • You get access to our special discounted rates
  • Your parking space is guaranteed when you arrive

Walk-in parking without an online booking is not available.

  • Most of our locations are prepaid only. You’ll see “Due Now” during checkout.
  • Some locations allow you to pay a small deposit online and the balance at the parking facility (“Due at Lot”).
  • Regardless of the payment type, we offer a free cancellation window see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Yes. You can book for multiple vehicles by selecting “Number of Spaces” during checkout.

Some of our partner facilities do allow oversized vehicles (SUVs, vans, RVs, etc.), but not all. Availability will be shown in the “View More” section of the search results for each location. Please check before booking.

Adam Vacations Parking does not own or operate parking lots directly. We act as a trusted booking partner with airport and seaport parking facilities.

  • On our search results page, you’ll see a map showing the exact location of the facility before you book.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed itinerary email including:
  • Full facility address
  • Driving directions (powered by Google Maps)
  • Contact number for the location

We recommend planning your route in advance, as traffic or construction may require adjustments.

Most facilities will accept a digital confirmation shown on your smartphone. However, some locations require a printed copy of your booking confirmation.

  • To confirm requirements, click “View More” in the search results for the location you’re booking.
  • If a printed confirmation is required but not provided, the facility has the right to refuse entry without a refund.

We strongly recommend carrying both a digital and printed copy to avoid issues.

All partner parking facilities provide complimentary shuttle service during their listed operating hours.

  • Before departure: Shuttles will drop you directly at your airport or seaport terminal.
  • Upon return: Call the facility’s phone number (included in your email confirmation) to request pickup.

Important: Please contact the parking facility directly for shuttle pickup — not Adam Vacations Parking, as we are a booking platform.

After completing your booking, you should immediately see a Reservation Details & Confirmation page.

If you don’t see the confirmation email:

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder in case it was filtered.
  • Add parking.adamvacations.com to your “safe senders” list.
  • If you still can’t find it, contact our 24/7 customer support for assistance.

  • Valet Parking: Hand your vehicle to a staff member who will park it for you. The facility keeps your keys securely stored.
  • Self-Parking: You park your vehicle yourself and keep your keys with you at all times.

  • Drop-off: Arrive at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights (unless otherwise specified in your receipt).
  • Pickup: After landing, allow:
  • 45 minutes for domestic flights
  • 1.5–2 hours for international flights

This ensures you have enough time for customs, baggage claim, and shuttle pickup.

Yes. Even if the shuttle is not running 24/7, you will always have access to your vehicle.

  • At hotels: You can reach your vehicle any time of day, either via shuttle (during operating hours) or alternative transport (taxi, rideshare, etc.).
  • At professional parking facilities: Hours of operation vary. If the lot closes at certain times, you may not be able to access your vehicle until it reopens. Always check the operating hours before booking.

This ensures you have enough time for customs, baggage claim, and shuttle pickup.

Yes. You may cancel or modify your booking within the guidelines outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

FAQ – Changes & Cancellations

Plans can change unexpectedly — sometimes even at the last minute. Normally, non-refundable bookings can mean losing your payment.

With Trip Protection, for just \$2.99, you get complete peace of mind:

  • You are guaranteed a full refund (excluding the \$2.99 fee) if you cancel anytime up to 24 hours after your scheduled drop-off date.
  • No questions asked.
  • The refund is automatic once cancellation is confirmed.

Please note: Trip Protection must be purchased at the time of booking. It cannot be added later.

We want to keep cancellations as flexible as possible.

  • Free cancellation for a FULL REFUND is available up to and including your scheduled arrival date and time.
  • If credits were used for your booking, those will be refunded in the same form.
  • After your scheduled arrival date and time has passed, cancellations are no longer accepted.

You can cancel your booking in the following ways:

For maximum flexibility, we recommend adding Trip Protection during checkout.

Yes. You can modify any reservation that has not yet started:

  • Extend your reservation: You’ll be charged the current daily rates (plus applicable taxes).
  • Shorten your reservation: A refund will be processed for the unused days, provided you are still within the refund eligibility window.
  • After your reservation has started: Unused or partially used days are non-refundable.

We understand travel times can shift. That’s why we allow a 3 - hour grace period before and after your scheduled drop-off and pick-up times.

  • If you’re outside the grace period, please contact us at support@adamvacations.com so we can adjust your reservation and notify the parking facility.
  • This helps avoid issues such as towing or extra charges.

Note: Refunds are not provided for unused or partially used reservation days.
