This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our parking services in the United States and Europe.

Refund Eligibility

1. Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund (minus applicable processing fees).
2. Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time may be eligible for a 50% refund.
3. No Refund: Cancellations made after the check-in time or in the case of a no-show are not eligible for any refund.

Cancellation Window

• Customers must request a cancellation through their booking account or by contacting customer support.
• The cut-off time for cancellation is 24 hours before check-in to qualify for a full refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
